Tomyam (=^_^=)

          Hey, since I tengah semester break ni and jobless. I thought that I wants to learn cooks. Don't get me wrong, I just watched my mother when she cooked and of course my position just jot down what she put into the pan or pot.
        
          So today, I nak share satu recipe TOMYAM .

The ingredients is

- 1 ekor ayam
- Air rebus
- Carrots ( 2 batang, di potong panjang )
- Cili merah ( ikut suka berapa batang, di potong panjang )
-  Setengah Kobes ( di potong kecil )
- Saderi ( di potong panjang )
- Serai ( 2 batang, di ketuk )
- Lengkuas ( besar ibu jari, di ketuk )
- Bunga Kantan ( 1 batang, di ketuk )
- Halia ( besar ibu jari, di ketuk )
- 2 biji besar bawang merah ( di mayang )
- 4 ulas bawang putih ( di mayang )
- Daun limau purut ( di koyakkan , ikut suka nak letak berapa )
- 2 pes paket tomyam
- 2 biji tomato
- satu kecil sudu - garam


process

1) ayam + air ( air paras ayam ) = Rebus

2) add carrots, bawang merah, bawang putih, kobes, halia, lengkuas, cili merah, serai, bunga kantan


3) air mendidih biarkan dahulu

4) masukkan garam satu sudu kecil

5) masukkan 2 pes packet tomyam

6) masukkan saderi bila air dah mendidih dan daun limau purut di koyakkan

7) massukkan tomato

8) siap tunggu sehingga mendidih \(^o^)/
